Eén centraal thema, waarin we de kennis en het inzicht van onze professionals écht willen vergroten: \u003Cstrong>de echte waarde van detacheren\u003C/strong>. Of concreter: waarom kost het wat het kost?\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: start;\">\u003Cstrong>Appels met peren\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: start;\">Detachering gaat gepaard met een uurtarief. Dat tarief kan op het eerste gezicht hoog lijken. De reden daarvoor ligt vaak in de vergelijking die wordt gemaakt met het bruto uurloon van een vaste medewerker. Maar die vergelijking? Die gaat mank. Sterker nog: dat is appels met peren vergelijken — in hoofdletters en dikgedrukt.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: start;\">Een bruto uurloon is namelijk slechts een deel van het totale kostenplaatje. Werkgevers betalen bovenop dit loon premies voor werknemersverzekeringen, reserveren conform wet- en regelgeving en cao-afspraken, en dragen pensioenpremies af. In veel gevallen worden deze premies niet alleen over het bruto loon berekend, maar ook over reserveringen en andere looncomponenten.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: start;\">\u003Cstrong>Eyeopeners\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: start;\">Voor veel van onze professionals was dit een eyeopener. Natuurlijk wisten zij dat werkgevers meer betalen dan alleen het bruto loon, en dat zaken als vakantiedagen en vakantiegeld kosten met zich meebrengen. Maar de omvang daarvan verraste vrijwel iedereen.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: start;\">De sessie werd verzorgd door Ernst de Roo (DGA), die dagelijks in gesprek is met managers van inlenende partijen. Vanuit die praktijkervaring weet hij dat ook zij vaak geen volledig inzicht hebben in de werkelijke kosten van arbeid.
