Eerst 6 jaar binnen de HONDA-activiteiten te Amsterdam – een zeer leerzame en waanzinnig leuke periode met veel vallen en opstaan. Aansluitend 8 jaar (veel) meer verantwoordelijkheid dragend binnen de Amsterdamse TOYOTA-dealerbedrijven in eigendom van Louwman & Parqui.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>In 1999 het idee ‘AutoJobs’ uitgewerkt om hiermee in het millenniumjaar 2000 daadwerkelijk te starten. Kern van onze dienstverlening is dan werving & selectie van gekwalificeerd personeel ten behoeve van het autobedrijf. In de loop van 2006 ontstaat het idee ‘AutoFlexs’ toe te voegen. Centraal hierin staat detachering – het op interim basis inzetten van merk- en systeemspecialisten bij onze bestaande clientèle. Wanneer de crisis in 2008 aanvangt blijkt de interesse in AutoFlexs jaar op jaar te groeien waardoor AutoFlexs thans 50% van ons bedrijfsresultaat genereert.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cem>Ernst binnen AutoJobs Professionals\u003C/em>\u003Cbr />Naast de operationele aansturing van beide activiteiten onderhoud ik elke dag direct contact met mijn eigen clientèle. Veelal bestaande uit eindbeslissers (hoger kader functionarissen) op dealerniveau welke werkzaam zijn binnen de grotere dealerholdings. Waarnaast een flink aantal HR-managers op importniveau. Middels een goed vergelijk tussen vraag en aanbod verzorg en creëer ik actief HR-oplossingen voor mijn relaties. Zowel door levering van vaste arbeidskrachten (werving & selectie) als ook door middel van het faciliteren van dealerbedrijven en importeurs in tijdelijke HR-oplossingen – het inzetten van een interim merk- en systeemspecialist.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Het allerleukste in mijn werk is realisatie van goede HR-oplossingen. Alle betrokken partijen zijn hierbij tevreden over het eindresultaat – zowel dealerbedrijf of importeur als ook de betreffende arbeidskracht als ook AutoJobs Professionals (voorheen AutoJobs & AutoFlexs). De positieve energie die hieruit voortkomt, geeft kracht om een volgende vergelijkbare inspanning te leveren. Daar horen spelletjes bij, voetballen, hockey en paardrijden. En bezoekjes aan pretparken en bioscoop. In vakanties ook strand, zwembad en in de winter het skiën. Door goede tijdsplanning lukt het ook nog eens culinair actief te zijn. Zelf koken ervaar ik als leuk en mooie wat specialere maaltijden met een prachtig glas wijn... ik zeg geen nee! Ik ben ongehuwd maar heb samen met mijn vrouw mijn lieve kinderen Teun, Tess & Mats. Een vergaande verbondenheid die mij elke dag opnieuw veel levensgeluk brengt.
